They have a sterling reputation for a reason. We recently remodeled and consequently needed two new window coverings. They helped me to get the exact shades I needed to blend with the rest of our other window shades throughout our home. They were very professional and very personable. Rather than me having to spend hours looking through books and evaluating my options. Blind Brothers offered to have their representative come to my house, make suggestions, take measurements, and make the process easeful for me. And then, they came to install! Yes! Fantastic results! This was a pleasant experience. I previously dealt with their competitor
and it was (still is) a nightmare. Blind brothers measured and installed
beautiful shutters on the entire 1st floor in two months. It has been almost
eight months and still we have not received our full order from their competitor. Blind Brothers is definitely the better company. Feel confident that their experience and professional acumen will be evident in your home.

This is an addendum to my earlier review. We listed our house for sale. I went there in advance of the real estate photographer showing up and decided to lower one of the top down/bottom up shades to better show it off. Upon pulling the drawstring, the blind came loose from two of the three brackets holding it up! I had NO stepstool (house is vacant) and no knowledge of how to clip it up there anyway, and the photographer was due in an hour! In a bit of a panic, I called Blind Brothers and Renee immediately put Eric on the phone - after hearing what happened he dropped whatever it was he was

I had a great experience with Blind Bros. Jana is extremely knowledgeable with interior design and helped pick out window coverings that would go well with my decor. Even when the house was not fully complete.
Installation for over 20 windows was quick and efficient. A father/daughter team came and had it done within a few hours. They were patient with my 4 year old who loves to ask a million questions.
Eric was awesome in scheduling. The overall experience was great and easy. Highly recommend this great local business.

Had our entire house redone. The owner, Steve, came out and was very helpful. I'd had another quote, but they never followed up after providing it, so I thought I'd get another bid.
They came today and installed. Wonderful company. Glad to support a great Prescott small business. The blinds look beautiful.

Jana at Blind Bros. really helped with the window treatments for my office. Very happy with the results. The only problem I had, which was my fault, was I didn't request an itemized list of my purchase from the beginning. Ended up adding three small window shades to the order, which matched the original shades in the house. Very Nice! Also, my purchase was right in the middle of the Covid-19 crisis, which through everything off.

I love the fact that all of their shades are made in the United States. They are more expensive, but after seeing my Arizona room, which used to get 3ﾟ hotter than the outside temperature now stay 10 to 12ﾟ cooler then the outside temperature even when it's 103ﾟ, I feel I definitely got my money's worth and more! All of their staff were extremely knowledgeable and nice!

I really appreciated Jana helping me with my selections, she was very easy to talk to and came right away for an estimate. My remote shades are beautiful and they arrived pretty fast. The installation was quick and installer was very friendly and kind. I can't wait to do a few more rooms in my home. I highly recommend Blind Brothers, AZ.

Ordered two panel drapes for a home office, which are beautiful. Also, ordered 3 blinds, which they matched our existing blinds. I'm very happy with everything ordered and the service Jana gave in helping make this all happen. But, when I asked for an itemized invoice for my records to break down the cost of everything, that wasn't a possibility. That seems odd to me. Why wouldn't you be able to break down a clients order? I personally would like to know the individual cost of my office window treatments and the price for the 3 blinds. Unfortunately, I won't be doing any further

What a great experience I had recently with Blind Brothers! I called for information and left a message, within a couple of hours, they called me back. I set up an appt with Jana to come out for an estimate two days later, and what an awesome gal she is! Fun to work with and you can tell she's a natural at design. When she got here, I told her I had no idea what I wanted, and she said, "That's okay, I already know what would be perfect!". She gave me an on site estimate, and then 3 weeks later, Steve, the owner, came out with his awesome team and had them installed in no time

Steve personally came out and corrected the issue and what could have been a not so good experience, turned into a real positive. They are very easy to deal with and take pride in their work. From initial contact to a minor tweak today, Blind Brothers AZ (not to be confused with others of similar names) has provided us EXCELLENT, PROMPT service and QUALITY products for our new home. Jana helped us select beautiful colors to complement our rooms and fireplace surround then ordered the shades we wanted after an efficient "measure twice" confirmed our window sizes. We purchased window coverings for our new home from Blind Brothers. All the coverings were high quality and fit perfectly. I did have an issue with the color hardware for the slider window. Eric worked tirelessly to investigate with the manufacturer and to develop a solution to my issue. The end result was the blinds were adjusted and look great. I can't begin to express how happy we are with our new blinds. After a complete home remodel, new window coverings were a must. Jana is amazing to work with!
