Have been working with Sahene Construction on a large renovation and addition. The team has been very professional and responsive to helping address my needs, develop a budget for review, then working to give me a lump sum final price. I am very pleased and excited to start the project and thus far everything has been great. I asked them about some other reviews I saw and they clearly explained everything to me. This company is transparent and stands behind what they say. I would recommend reaching out to them with any questions you may have.

There are no stars low enough for this company. 17 months to complete my addition. Weeks of nobody here, mistake after mistake. I had to get ugly in order to get them to finish it. Now I have made my last payment and all the subcontractors that worked on my house have yet to see payment. They are being told that there are no funds. I do not recommend hiring these guys and if you already have I feel for you.

Well where do I begin? 26,000 in and no response not one bit of job has started. Left countless messages and still no call back. It started off great, but that's all it was .all talk no performance. Better business bureau is next step. The check cleared so I know they are able to do at least one thing And that is cashing your check. It's been almost a month. Update....they still haven't returned my money and aren't answering my calls. This is a sham company.

Worked with Sahene on a Carport Close in and 2nd Master for My Mom. It was great working with them. Pricing was always clear and transparent. Their Architect and Interior Designer were a huge help with design aspects. It came out exactly how I wanted. Would recommend to anybody.

I am an apartment complex manager. We worked with Sahene on Capital Projects at a few of our properties that involved Metal Stair Work Rehab, Parking Lot Work, and Renovation. They were great and worked with us to arrange payment terms that worked for them and our Finance Team. They told us what would happen and worked with us to set proper expectations for our residents. Would recommend them for any commercial multi-family work.

I reached out to Sahene for help with a whole house remodel project. Sahene was one of the most professional and most thorough company I dealt with during the bid process. The company had a very clear and direct process to ensure that I got what I wanted, which involved me working with an Architect to layout the wall changes and room changes I wanted to make. The process was easy to follow and when I chose some finishing materials that were out of the original budget we discussed ahead of time. I would highly recommend them for any residential work that is needed.

Sahene Construction was excellent doing our addition project. When we started we didn’t have an Architect or anything we just needed to get the addition done. Sahene walked us thru the architect to permits to construction. Always keeping our vision in mind.
