I chose to go with Fusion because Ben (the owner) was the most responsive, reliable, gave me a quote in a timely manner and really took pride in the way the unit was installed on the inside and the outside of our home.
I would 110% recommend Fusion. I've just chosen FUSION HEATING, AC & INSULATION company - Virginia Beach (rates as one of Mitsubishi's Elite and Diamond Vendors) come out and install a very nice, quiet, energy efficient Mitsubishi Mini Split (AC/Heat) into my Sunroom this week. This was the best investment I could have carried out!
The entire Fusion staff from the first phone call provided to me that "First Impression" demeanor. Absolutely professional, compassionate and patiently provided all answers to questions without trying to place that salesman pressure that many companies attempt.

Shawn and Antwan were very courteous, timely, and explained everything to our satisfaction each step of the way.
Fusion came - same day - and did a complete assessment of our home's HVAC system, including two units outside and one in the attic, upstairs and downstairs ductwork, and all wiring. Shawn made it clear that he would prefer repairing any issues in our current system before entertaining the idea of replacing anything. After a thorough inspection, he assessed that our gas-pack was undersized for our current square footage

Highly recommend Fusion Heating and Cooling! They matched a competitors quote, and installed my new HVAC system three days later. They submitted the paperwork for the warranty and sent the copies to me. Took care of everything. Very professional, and customer service oriented company. Will definitely do business with them in the future.

When we knew we needed a dual zone system we started by calling every major HVAC company in the area, as well as anything else we could find on Google. We must have had quotes from 8 or 9 of them. All of them had different answers as to what we needed or the way in which to accomplish it. Many stated we needed what was easiest for THEM to install, but wasn't a real solution to our problem.
Ben from Fusion arrived to give us our quote, and we immediately felt like he was looking out for us. While given the opportunity to sell us things we didn't need, he gave us a no nonsense solution that he thought

Shawn and his team were amazing to work with. Shawn walked me through everything that was going wrong, tried desperately to find a way to solve the problem for the least intrusive/expensive way, and when that didn’t work helped me make a no-pressure informed decision abt a system replacement. They also came in a little lower than other quotes I got. Highly recommend

There was major leaking around my water heater and it was getting worse every time I ran the AC, so I called Fusion to schedule service. To my surprise, they had a tech onsite within 2 hours (in August!). Seth (the technician who responded to the call) was very friendly and professional, he resolved the issue, AND he taught me a lot about things I can do myself to prevent future issues...which I really appreciated. He also made a few suggestions for follow up services to avoid future issues and to improve the efficiency of my appliance. But he did so in a way that wasn't pushy, so it felt more

So, I used these guys a few years back since no one else in the area seemed to know what a Mitsubishi Mr. Slim was, let alone how to repair one. They were timely, professional, and a pleasure to work with. But that's not the important part...
I've since moved to Sacramento, California, but I still have friends in Norfolk. They were getting the runaround from a parade of contractors during this recent heat wave. I told them to give Fusion a call, and their experience was consistent with mine. Just top notch service.

Fusion began my new system installation less than 24 hours after my initial service call. The price was great and my installers, Antwan and Zach, were professional and skilled techs. This might be the first time I've been pleasantly surprised by a HVAC company. I'm usually left wondering what exactly I just paid so much money for; not this time. I can't think of anyway the transaction could have gone easier and the ten year warranty is icing on the cake. Thanks Fusion
