When I decided it was time to do a deck, deckmaster was the first group i i spoke to. I shopped around to other contractors even going so far as starting the engineering work with someone else. It quickly became apparent that deckmaster was the clear best choice for getting a deck done in Sonoma county.

Deckmaster did an excellent job overall. Their crew showed up on time, did a thorough job of preping my deck, including powerwashing; securing all loose boards; resetting every screw; hand sanding the deck, posts and railings; then applying a finish preservative coat of the brand and color of my choosing. I would not hesitate to use them again.

What an incredible experience. The Deckmaster himself came to my home and measured our front deck (a dilapidated redwood deck that was 15 years old) and gave me several options. We settled on FSC Certified Tigerwood and could not be more pleased with the results. It looks more like a piece of furniture than a deck! Most people's initial reaction is 'wow!' There are a lot of companies that build decks, but these guys are true craftsmen. Highly recommend.
