I can't say enough about the quality of our whole interaction with John and his team. The wood to match our existing floor was discontinued, but he located enough to do our job, installed it quickly, matching the boards perfectly. His great crew who was on time, a pleasure to work with, vacuumed the whole area AND wiped the floor before they left. We had them return to do another room with the remainder of the available stock, and it was a repeat of the same great performance. Highest praise and recommendation to any potential customers. Great company to work with for your hardwood flooring. From choosing the product to the final inspection of the completed floors they were 5 star. We did 6 rooms including new baseboards on our first floor. They were conscientious of our time and furnishings. Floor is beautiful and we’re really pleased with it.

Hardwood Direct recently installed new H2ome flooring in multiple rooms and did an amazing job! They worked very well with us to accommodate the time frame we hoped for (around other jobs), were very neat and professional (we had just painted and they didn’t leave a mark on the walls or trim), and did an amazing job installing the floors. The Hardwood Direct team did an outstanding job on our floors from start to finish. We were able borrow samples to take home from their well stocked showroom. They were in the middle of a price increase and worked with the manufacture so we received the lower price. Once they started the install, they were punctual, courteous and clean. They take great pride in their workmanship which was excellent. They went out of their way to help make the whole project look good. I would recommend them to anyone that I know.

Hardwood Direct LLC installed over 1500sqft of hardwood flooring for us. We are extremely happy and impressed with the service, reasonable pricing, professionalism, attention to detail and the overall quality of the work performed.

John and Tom have done a beautiful job on two projects in my home. They came recommended from friends and I can see why. They are professional, knowledgeable, talented, and personable. The team did great. We had a new construction home and chose to get everything standard in efforts of getting to pick hardwood other than Bruce, (what the builder offers).
The team did great in installing everything and being tidy. The only downfall was that we were scheduled for 3 days but they left early Sunday and pushed it out until Monday-Tuesday. So it lasted a bit longer, and we had to rearrange our schedule. So make sure you take a few days extra just in case, if not at the very least to just enjoy the floors.

Unfortunately, the builder had left many surprises under the carpet when the house was built 13 years ago, that John had to correct to make sure the job was done correctly.
