I contacted Trenchless Sewer Line Repairs because I was having issues with the old and worn out cast iron sewer pipes. Ralph, a representative from the company came out and in detail explained the innovative process of liner or epoxy used to reline the pipes without digging or having to break the floor. After agreeing on the contract, the work commenced as scheduled and was completed within a week. The workers were punctual, professional and courteous, and they took pride in their work. John Walters offered me pipelining and we had a pipe painting, they never answer my calls to unclog my pipes So I called roto rooters, they gave me a video and there was no coating or lining what so ever, they refused to return our money back, this people are crooks I am an 75 year old retired veterans. I should have done my research prior doing this job. Also that 50’years warranty they promise is garbage.

Our experience with Trenchless Sewer was amazing. We have cast iron pipes and they were obstructed. This company came out with cameras and immediately found the problem. We had our house in contract. The buyer hired a plumber to video the sewage pipes due to the house being built in 1962 which means it has cast iron pipes. The plumber noted there are cracks in the pipe. He wrote an estimate to the buyer for the repair close to $30,000.00. My wife and I had no idea the pipes were in this condition and were devastated by the estimate. I have been in the construction business for over 40 years. Awesome service called John up to see about doing a pipe scope and possibly lining of some pipes on a property I am selling. I explained to John, that the company a potential buyer hired to inspect my plumbing claimed that there was 14 feet of cracked and collapsed cast iron pipe under my foundation, and that the buyer refused to let me see the video of this claim. John sent his guys out the following morning. Pipe scope was done by his guys and they found no evidence of any cracked or collapsed pipes and no need of pipe lining . John called back later that day after reviewing the video and advised
