Brian was very good! He let me know that he was running late (before my appointment time) which was very helpful. He did a great job on pet stains that I had. Pricing was reasonable too. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family!

I highly recommend this company. Brian and Kristen are genuinely honest people. I had an issue with one flight of stairs. Brian immediately made time to reclean the stairs. As it turns out it was not a cleaning issue but the way the nap dried. We resolved this after the cleaning. I'm very excited the way the entire job worked out.

On the day of my scheduled cleaning, Brian contacted me to let me know he was available for an earlier appointment. Yes please! We had scheduled upholstery cleaning for our couch and Brian did a fantastic job. We have a little dog that loves to sit with the family on the couch. After Brian was done with the cleaning, we couldn't even tell the dog had ever been on the couch before! Will definitely give Advanced Chem Dry a call when we are in need again! Brian was quick, friendly and very professional!!

I called Advanced Chem Dry for my leather sofa that is less than a year old and had developed dryness. I tried conditioning it myself and it was hard to maintain. I called Kristen and Brian to schedule an appointment and was able to be accommodated after my work day. Brian came in and cleaned and conditioned my sofa. I was surprised when he gave me instructions on how to maintain the conditioning. Generally, businesses won’t share that type of information in order to keep charging customers. This encounter has made me pass their contact information to my mom who needs a deep cleaning on a rug
