A commercial HVAC/Roof Top Units (RTU) systems cleaning can help make the air you breathe fresh and clean. Since the ductwork is above the ceiling and typically out of sight, it's easy to not think about having it cleaned. But a dirty ductwork is the perfect breeding ground for mites, mold, bacteria, viruses, and other poisons that are toxic to the environment.
DUSTOUT will help keeping your facility clean and free of dust hazards and help you keep your workplace safe, avoid quality control problems and help avoid fines. For the safety of our customers and our technicians, we use equipment approved for combustible dust cleaning, such as intrinsically safe vacuums and grounded hoses.
The number one reason to get your dryer vents cleaned is to prevent a house fire! Once the lint starts to build up throughout your exhaust then it is only a matter of time before it starts to cause some serious damage. Another reason to get your dryer vent cleaned is because it makes drying take longer, so if you notice your clothes are a little wet still then it might be time for a cleaning!
Condenser and Evaporator Coils for RTUs, even with Micro-Channel coils, can be quickly, safely, and economically restored. Roof Top direct expansion package units have all the same issues as their Chilled Water cousins plus a few others. First of all, they all have two coils per unit. These coils work together to alter the state of the refrigerant from liquid to gas then back to liquid.
External or Air Side coil cleaning is widely recognized to be beneficial for system performance and efficiency. However, there are two sides to every heat exchanger, fin & tube coils, shell and tube or plate & frame. Seldom do we consider the internal state of these systems. They are never seen, and it is presumed that whatever water treatment strategy being used is doing its job.

The technician was knowledgeable and polite. Let me know that he was running behind. Service for our vents was fast once he arrived. He answered all of my questions and even took his shoes off before stepping on my fairly newly installed carpet! Will use Dust Out again!

I expected so much more out of customer service! The two men that came were polite yet when they entered my home, they did not offer to wear booties. Even the cable companies do so. They seemed to be very cautious (on the main floor where I was). The majority of the work was done in the basement where the duct work is so I left them to do their job. Big mistake. Unfortunately, I trusted them and did not double check their work before paying (and included a tip). Shame on me. Homeowner lesson #1!!! Later in the evening, I went downstairs. There was debris all over the floor under the duct that they

Miguel was absolutely amazing so professional! Very informative took before and after pictures explained everything as he was going very thoroughly. He took his time and it wasn’t even that long ! He worked around my animals even though they are really nice. They also sanitized and deodorized my vents ! My daughter recently found out she has asthma and a ton of allergies so I quickly researched ways to help her and cleaning my dirty vents was one ! I’ll always come back to this company and request Miguel he was very personable and respectful.

Had Dust Out on saturday for a duct cleaning. They were on time and very friendly. They tried to answer all my questions and their price is the best in town. I was happy with the expedience of the work. The guys were efficient.
Unfortunately some rooms were left with dirt in them from the blow through. Several registers were not put back properly.
I was pleased with the work over all but i believe some training or information should be required for the fogging process. Had to air the house out for about an hour due to the fogging setting off my carbon monoxide detectors. I tested the ppm myself

Jared and Ernie came out to clean our air ducts and vents. They did an AMAZING job and were extremely professional! They answered all of our questions, and did very thorough work. They also were patient with my five year old who was following them around and asking a million questions. I will recommend them to all of our family and friends. We were very happy with our service from Dust Out, and we will definitely use them again in the future!!!

I'd like to recommend "Dust Out". They are a Clothes Dryer Vent Cleaning service that also does Heating and Air. My Condominium complex higher another company to clean all the units Dryer Lines. My Clothes Dryer failed to Dry after that service was performed. I called a Dryer repair company and they diagnosed the problem as a "Clogged" Dryer vent. After the original company failed to return calls, I called "Dust Out". They came the next day and cleared out the obstruction caused by the first company. They also took pictures of the "Before", so
