Jm's cleaned, caulked and sealed our new driveway and sidewalk up to our house August 9-10. During the estimate process, we were provided a sample of the caulk that they use and were encouraged to research it on the web, which we did. We had 3 other estimates. None of those companies provided samples or described the different types of caulk to us. That actually was the deciding factor. They had to adjust the begin date by one day due to heat and called the day before to let us know. We would hire them again and we will recommend them to friends and neighbors. We got two bids on caulking cracks in our driveway. The other company bid was much less money but wasn’t going to do anything but apply another layer with almost no guarantee. JMS use higher quality materials and extensive work backed by a long guarantee. Also after seeing the impressive work done on a neighbor’s driveway we decided to go with JMS Caulking. They spent a lot of time preparing and filling the cracks and great attention to their application it looks great and the crew was helpful. We walked us around the work and we found no problems. We would definitely recommend them to anyone

Josh and his entire crew were great. Josh provided the most competitive bid, AND he followed through with what was promised. His teams were prompt, courteous, and they did an excellent job cleaning up after they finished. I had my driveway caulked and sealed. I now plan to have them come back in the near future and complete some sidewalk repairs.

JM's team remove existing caulking from drive way, sidewalks, and re-caulked with premium product. They ground down frost heaved side walk, driveway cracks and caulked. The caulk was sanded in for a nice looking durable finish. The driveway and sidewalks look great! Crew was very polite and cleaned up before leaving. I was very happy with the price too!

I don't typically write reviews! However, I felt I should to give others a warning/red flag. I had a contract with price given, after the first day. I was called and said they accidently prepared concrete for another service which would add $600.00 to price. Then, one day after completed I was harassed with 3 to 4 calls a day asking for payment which was put into mail the day after completion. Must be having money issues. I do not recommend!
