Westchester Automated Gate, LLC was formed in 2003 by Vincent and Chris Bellissimo. Although a new company, gates are nothing new to the Bellissimo Family, owners and operators of Salem Fence Company, Inc. which was established in 1969. It was their vision to establish a company dedicated to fabricating custom gates, operators, and access control systems in order to serve the community with knowledgeable and professional service.
Forged here in our shop by our own skilled craftsmen, our wrought iron gates can be made to accommodate any design - from simple and plain to ornate and decorative. Made out of solid steel, our wrought iron gates are made for strength and durability. The following galleries are only a sample of what we have to offer.
Our wood gates are all fabricated at our shop by our own skilled craftsmen. We start with an internal steel frame for strength and durability. We then fabricate the gate using only the finest wood products available. Cedar, Mahogany or Teak, you can be sure your gate is made from quality materials and made with superior workmanship.
A lot of the wrought iron gates we fabricate are decorative, ornate and beautiful. There are wrought iron gates that are clearly fabricated from iron when looked at and wrought iron gates that we can fabricate to look as if they were made from wood. This gallery is an example of some of the automated wrought iron gates we have fabricated to be wood replica gates.
As well as wrought iron and wood automated gates, we have now branched out into the fabrication and installation of cellular composite gates. The cellular composite material is sturdy enough to hold gate operators and work properly. Cellular composite fencing is a great option for those who want less maintenance as opposed to a stained wood product.

This company looks only for your money. They told me they could repair a gate that was installed 8 years ago prior to me signing contract. The gate technician came and twice tried selling me something. The first time the gate was corrected. After a week or so my second gate was not working correctly. Was opening and closing halfway. The technician came after he tried get several times and was working when he was here, then he finally after about 50 times opening and closing did not work properly. He said I needed to possibly change a few things but that I could live with it since that gate gets
