No one ever wants to have a mitigation team at their house, but if I ever have to experience this again I will not hesitate to call lone star State mitigation. Cody and his team were extremely responsive and dedicated to getting my bathroom put back in order. As we were selling the house, our timeline was extremely tight. They were able to take care of the situation in plenty of time for us to close on the house.

Lone Star State Mitigation was able to help us with a small clean up job with a tight timeline. After they came and helped with the initial job we had a minor water leak which caused some discoloring from the fresh clean up. Tre was absolutely spectacular … He was always on time and returned phone calls in a timely manner was very easy to work with… he and his crew were there to clean up the mess they made and took all the trash bags out to the trailer and off to the dump… Sarah was also incredible and helping us with the pack out and gave incredible insight as to what to expect… Our only flaw was that Tre was unable to give us an estimate on the pack out , Which the insurance company absolutely had to have which caused us to move in a different direction… With what has happened since, I kind of wish we had

We had a condominium last year that was covered in mold and Lone Star Mitigation came in and remediated it all. There was a lot of mold. After they finished, the 2x4's that were in the walls almost looked brand new even though they were from the 1980's and covered in mold. Michael and his team did a great job for us. We were very pleased!

I was 39 weeks pregnant when we discovered our master shower had been leaking into our second bedroom. Michael and his crew from Lone Star came out within 24 hours and managed to identify and begin to fix the problem immediately. Sam was awesome -- very hard worker, respectable, friendly and knowledgeable. Jason, who managed the project, was also fantastic. Very thorough, honest, and kept on top of things. He was always readily available and eager to answer any questions and help. Danielle also was great with communicating! Would absolutely recommend!
