I called simply to gain some information on becoming a vendor. The person that answered the phone was very rude and short and hung up on me. It is completely unprofessional to treat anyone this way. If I was interested in purchasing something for my home I would be LESS inclined to do business with your facility. In addition to this, I be even LESS inclined to suggest anyone I know to do business with your establishment as well. Treat all people with respect because business is business and you do not know if that person on the other line would be a future customer.

We use them as a corporate supplier at the university I work at in Boston. I haven't had a problem with their customer service really. They are prompt, friendly and efficient taking my order. And when I order regular sheets of laminate they get delivered the next day to the campus. One 4x8 sheet with delivery is less than $90.

The worst customer service on the planet . The salesman I had must have come from a used car dealership. He sold me the product then when I had a problem denied he even talked to me even though i had his business card in hand pretty funny now but not at the time. I complained to the main office and they could care less . Bad product with worse service.
