It’s overpriced, I had to use the restroom desperately and I was told to go across to the outlet malls specifically crocs and ask them to use the bathroom. Absolutely ridiculous crocs does not have public restrooms and I understand neither does the storage place but I pay them monthly and it was an emergency. Another time I got stuck behind the gate while my Access bus was waiting, leaving in two minutes, because they changed the code to something I did not tell them to change it to. Instead of simply telling me what my code was they would open the gate. When I called the office to let me out

The units themselves are clean and the wide aisles make loading in and out easier. Also got a great move in rate which really helped. But it's the service that has been stellar. Tamara came in super early to make sure our load-in went smoothly (it did). Mary has been great too. There are a lot of choices for storage facilities. But you'll never find better people to work with. Look no further.
