Fast and efficient, I called around 1pm because I no longer had warm air. They were pretty busy but told me that one person could come out around 3pm, he was there before 2 and had everything running in about 30 minutes and then waited to make sure that it stayed on and working. He also showed me a few ways to troubleshoot any problems in the future which is incredibly nice to know. I am very happy with my overall experience!

Lee was great and very professional. Even though Lee was just doing general maintenance to our furnace, he took the time to explain what he did. Lee noticed the pipe to our ac unit leaked from the top, he gave us an idea how we can fix it with very low cost.

It was one of our 100 degree days when our air conditioner stopped working. We called Midwest Mechanical and Lee arrive in about 20 minutes. It was in the evening. He was friendly and very efficient. He checked the thermostat, the unit, and the outdoors unit. He wasn't sure if he had the part but he kept looking and found it. We had air conditioning as soon as he put the part in. This is the second time we have called. We will continue to use this company.

I was thoroughly impressed with Sams professionalism and knowledge. He knew exactly what the issues were, addressed them, and took care of everything. He showed me how to do routine maintenance and upkeep on the outside and inside units. I hope you pay your employees well, because they deserve every penny they get. He was also easy to get along with and friendly. As a Combat Vet with PTSD, kindness goes a long way with me. As it can be difficult to deal with people, and the added stress of a maintenance person can be jarring. But again, Sam was awesome. Thank you, Midwest Mechanical.

I called Midwest Mechanical Heating & Air Monday and they came to my house on Tuesday. Lee came out to my house on time to get my AC working. I received a text when he was on his way. The text include included a profile picture and his name, I liked this for sure that’s customer service. Lee is very knowledgeable about and explains everything to you in a nice calm voice. I appreciate the fact he came in and took his time and listened. He also took time to make sure everything was working before he left and improved the length of a hose for looks. We recently had our AC stolen, i had no idea where to start. So i tried Yelp, and picked this company based on the reviews. I made a phone call, explained the situation, and they said yes they could help out. I believe it was the owner. He looked up the size of the house, recommended a 3 ton. I asked about brands and he said that they were pretty much the same. They carry a top of the line, and it is 14,000, He said i will not let you spend that much! I have used Midwest Mechanical for all of my furnace and A/C service since purchasing my home in October 2015 and I could not be happier or more satisfied. On more than one occasion I have needed same-day service for mini crises such as one today in which my furnace stopped working on a day with freezing temperatures. Just bought a house, went to turn on our heater and it would not turn on. Called this company, they were able to get someone out in a couple days, ended up being a simple problem, the breaker and gas flow were switched off due to the new gas line being previously installed before we moved in. They were such nice men and we only got charged the service call. They were here about 20 minutes is all. Will use again for future house needs.

In the summer of 2016 I needed to have my old AC and furnace replaced. I had 6 different companies come to give me bids. I either did not trust the person who came to my home or I felt like they were trying to sell me systems that I didn't need or they were ridiculously overpriced. THEN, I called Midwest Mechanical. Very informative presentation, lots if information given when you recieve your bids. We had a furnace and AC unit put in. The installers were very nice and hard working, and totally cleaned up after themselves before they left. I feel like we got a great product for a decent price. My home is deliciously cool right now, ahhhhh! I would recommend them if you are having any issues with your ac or furnace!
