Serging is a very popular, elegant edge. It is whip-stitched on by machine and shows about 1/4 on the face of the rug. You can find this edge on Oriental rugs as well as a lot of premade rugs and runners sold in stores. Most of our serging is done with a nylon yarn, wears well and is fade resistant.

Fringing can be found on most Oriental rugs and runners. We carry a high quality, cotton Oriental fringe line. There are 11 different shades and 9 styles ranging from a no knot brush fringe to a small or larger knot fringe. We can often repair existing fringe on a rug. If repair is not an option, we can either remove the fringe all together or replace it with new fringe.
