Gauthier provided excellent service from start to finish! They were extremely professional and responsive to all of my questions and did a great job with the install. This company work when and within the estimate they quoted. I tried to get other companies to come and give me an estimate, I couldn't find anyone that wanted to check out my problem. They wanted a lot of money to give me an estimate. Gauthier's returned my call promptly. The office staff, and the person that came to do the work, are wonderful and… informed. I have a Triangle Tube furnace, with on demand hot water, so not all companies can work on them. Gauthier knew what they were doing and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them if you have a problem with your furnace.
