I would give ZERO stars if I could. This company litters the roads with gravel every single day causing broken windshields and chipped dented hoods when vehicles driving on loop 336 get hit by rocks that come from the Choate trucks. I have tried calling but no one answers. It's clear this company doesn't care about its community environment by they way they do carelessly leave hazardous debris everywhere they go.

I do not recommend this company at all!! Very dishonest and unprofessional people. I had scheduled a truck for a home I’m building at 9:30am and they gave an excuse that the plant had a problem and that they were be here by 11 or 11:30,truck was still not here so I called and they said they had no trucks available. Now I have to schedule my workers for another day and pay them an extra day.

This company started very professional and I was planning on using them for a slab. Riley came out and I received the quote. I was happy with the quote and informed him that I would be ready for the slab in 1-2 months. I contacted him 55 days later asking them to confirm the quote was still valid and letting them know I was ready.
Verbally I was told there was no change to the quote. Then, 2 days later, I receive a revised quote via email with a 25% increase($3600 to $4850). I contacted them and told them that this was ridiculous... After trying to make some changes to reduce the price, they called

Riley with Choate Concrete is the epitome of great customer service. He stayed with the crew all day as they widened our driveway. Once they finished, he drove by again an hour later and saw that deer had walked across our wet concrete. He fixed it on the spot and came back a few days later to fix a spot where the rain had etched a corner in the cement. The extra work was at no charge and we love our driveway! So do our neighbors. Once they saw his great work, they asked for quotes. And their pricing was very reasonable. You won't regret using them.
