Our Samsung front load dryer bust a belt two days before Thanksgiving. They provided an inspection fee when I called, came out the next day about 30 minutes earlier than the 2 hour window, and gave me the full quote on-site. They applied the inspection fee towards the full repair cost. They showed me the damage and made a quick repair under an hour, and suggested I replace an extra part which was worn down. I paid on the serviceman’s phone and they emailed a receipt. Overall fast, friendly and affordable.

*** RIP OFF!!! **** BEWARE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!
I received a quote to repair my freezer, it seemed a bit high but went ahead and paid for the repair bc I didn’t have time to have another company come out to quote (it’s the weekend) and I didn’t want the food in my freezer to thaw out more than it had already. After doing more research and asking around, I got screwed. My mistake. For a repair that cost 3X less than what they charged me earned this bad review. Too bad all around.

I had them come out and give me a quote on an appliance repair. Great quote. Accepted it. Couldn’t get anyone to come back out to repair refrigerator. I called more than 5 times and left messages every time. I emailed repeatedly. I have not been able to get anyone to call me back. I received the quote Nov. 16 and haven’t been able to get a response since. I am so disappointed. I can’t figure out how they have such a good rating. Yes they were great until they just ghosted us. Now I need to find a new appliance repair company and the last month just wasted my time.
