Founder, Dennis Graham, began his construction career in 1976 constructing residential homes in the Cartersville, GA area. Throughout the next 20 years, he progressed to developing subdivisions which include Copperfield Subdivision, Etowah Ridge Subdivision, and Stonebridge Subdivision, all in the Cartersville/Bartow County area.
Dennis is the founder and President of Graham Commercial Contractors, LLC providing 40+ years' experience in general contracting. Dennis holds a Georgia unrestricted General Contractors License and his Georgia Soil and Water Conservation. After 22 years of residential home building and deveopment, he progressed to solely commercial construction in 1998.
Adequate preparation leads to a successful project. The preliminary planning services involved before the actual construction of the project begins is referred to as pre-construction. Pre-construction is an integral step of the construction process that should never be disregarded. There are numerous factors that need to be addressed before construction can commence.
For over 20 years Graham Commercial Contractors has provided our clientele in the northwest Georgia area general contracting services for projects ranging in size and complexity. This Design-Bid-Build model is the backbone of our business. If our client has the design completed and is ready to build, we are here to be their partner to get the job done.
As a Design-Build contractor, Graham Commercial Contractors has the ability assist you with the design of your project and the execution of the construction of the project. Graham Commercial Contractors worked with myself and the Aerial Titans, Inc team from concept to completion on our new facility in Cartersville. We came to GCC with a dream and a few drawings. Jeremy and Dennis walked us through each process – suggesting multiple partners for the purchase of property, financing, blueprint renderings and suppliers of equipment. Our build came in on time and on budget. We’re already in discussions with GCC on our next project!
