We were living out of the area and contacted TradeMark to see if they would be interested in taking on a project to manage a renovation at our vacant house. They were very organized and were extremely responsive to all of our questions. In particular, the owner Vasilios was far and away the best contractor I've ever worked with in terms of communication. We spoke and texted regularly, and he would always respond by the next business day, and more often than not within minutes!

They also redid a substantial amount of the plumbing in our house and installed a new septic system in our basement. All of this work was completed on time, professionally, and they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.

We hired TradeMark to put an addition on the rear of our Baltimore rowhouse. Vasilios was great, from initially describing our options, to guiding us through the permit (and appeal!) process, to planning and overseeing the construction through to the final inspections. Communication with him was excellent throughout the project. In addition, their team of workers were, not only competent, but considerate and pleasant! I hired Trademark Construction in the Summer of 2020 for a partial bathroom renovation in a Baltimore City row home. Vasilios was professional, responsive, reliable, and helpful with design suggestions. Mike and Marvin did good work removing an old jetted tub from an alcove, reframing, installing a new larger tub and shower, and tiling the walls and ceiling. I highly recommend them for a comparatively low stress experience with home renovation.

Due to the pandemic last summer, we decided to address projects outside the home. We contracted with Trademark to do some wooden fence repair and a new side porch/stairs. This was a relatively small job but was never made to feel unimportant. During this COVID time, Vasilios and the team that did the work were respectful of our need to distance and face coverings during our interactions with them. The wooden fence repair was not easy; the team did a great job. Vasilios and the team addressed our concerns on the new porch/stairs. So pleased with their work. I certainly recommend this company.

I knew when I moved into this house that it needed a new bathroom. I found Trademark on the web. Based on the outstanding reviews, I made an appointment for a consultation.
There was lots of work to be done on the electrical system in the house as well, and Aaron from Redline Electric who works with Trademark, did a great job.
Finally, the time came to build the bathroom. Marvin and Mike came every week day for almost five weeks, and built the most beautiful bathroom that I still marvel at each day. Thanks, guys, and thanks Vasillos and Tonya.
