Essential Lighting Solutions is an electrical contractor that focuses 100% of our work on LED lighting and controls upgrades. Licensed in 31 states, we have completed over 1,000 projects across the country in virtually every industry and market. We service our national client base from our corporate office in Greenville SC, which houses our operations, engineering and accounting functions.
Ryan has over 30 years in the electrical contracting industry. A third-generation electrician, he has held every position from field electrician to project manager overseeing numerous commercial and industrial electrical installations. For 25 years, Jeff has worked with facility management teams from healthcare systems, regional and national manufacturing firms and the public and private education sectors.
A common concern for companies that are considering working with any contractor is whether that company will be around to service the project in the event there are future issues. Our company has operated continuously and solely as a lighting contractor since 2001. This is nearly twice the length of time as the longest warranty provided by leading lighting manufacturers.
Essential Lighting Solutions performs a comprehensive investment grade lighting audit prior to submitting all lighting proposals. We use IESNA (Illuminating Engineering Society) standards at all times. Pre-audit meeting to discuss the existing lighting systems and any current issues the client may be experiencing.
Occupancy sensors save energy by automatically turning off lights in spaces that are unoccupied. When motion is detected, the sensor activates a control device that turns the lights on. If no motion is detected within a specified period of time, the lights are turned off until motion is sensed again.
