I was prepared to purchase a new key fob for my van when the young lady at the counter (didn't get her name) showed me what the problem was and how it could be corrected. Her pleasant demeanor and wonderful customer service resulted in my getting a new shell and key and saving over $150. Very pleased and satisfied with the interaction. Excellent experience which far exceeded my expectations. This company had my automobile FOB and keys in stock (which other online companies didn't) and charged me about $300 less than the local dealership was going to charge me. Mark was quick, efficient and had me in and out with new key and FOB sets in 15 minutes. Online companies had given me an ETA of a week or more. Local dealership was unfriendly and monopolistic. For duplicate auto keys, I will always check here first from now on. Thanks Mark!

My appointment window was between 1-3PM, received a call stating he was ahead of schedule and could come earlier if I liked. He arrived 15 minutes from the call as he said he would, at 12:20. The work was completed without delay. He offered to set the lock up completely. This was an additional deadbolt on a door which had a keyed lock, he asked if I'd like to have one key to work both locks as an option. He offered that if I ever had any problems with the strike or working over time, contact them and they will be glad to make any adjustments. Very friendly and professional, thanks, Rob.

We had a great experience with Affordable Lock & Security Solutions. Mike was super friendly and polite, and showed up on time. He was able to get our doors fixed quickly. He even had to run out for a few extra parts and made sure he came back before close of business on a Friday to make sure our business doors were locked securely over the weekend. This company is shady at best. I called them to get a quote, I explained we had an old filing cabinet that accidentally got locked during a move and that we didn't have a key for it and therefore needed it re-keyed. I asked how much would that be. She told me 108 for up to 2 locks. Great got the ok from my boss to schedule. They come out the tech… takes a look says he has to replace the lock they can't re-key a filing cabinet. He never mentioned any price different. When he finished he said he would get me an invoice after he put the drawer back in but I would need to re-file all the paper
