Alpine helped us dig out our burried culvert under our driveway. They were able to complete the project by adding an extension to our culvert and rebuilding the surrounding area. The finished product is safe and secure and looks like it will drain well next spring. The finishing touches look professional. Larry and son were very professional throughout the process and did a great job dealing with the situation. I would hire again!

We live on a slope in the foothills, and have had a problem with water getting into our crawlspace. Brandon and Larry assessed the problem and developed a solution at about half the cost of estimates we had received. Their skills and professionalism are impressive, but equally impressive are their respectful interactions with my wife and me during discussions about how to proceed with their plan. I would highly recommend them for any landscaping or excavation project.

Alpine did the “impossible” for us.
While digging trenches to install a comprehensive patio and downspout drainage system, we ran into some pretty solid rock that needed to be broken through and removed over about a 50’ distance to a max depth of about 6’. The work needed to be accomplished along a very tight path (as narrow as ~9’) between a dry-stack wall and our house. Several other excavators reviewed what needed to be done and came to the conclusion it just could not be done, it was not possible since not enough clearance.
Larry and Brandon came and reviewed our challenge and said

AL got my small but labor intensive back yard fill and grade correction job by default: contacted 4 other companies for estimates and AL was the only company to respond. No regrets at all. Courteous and professional, with all work done by Larry and his son on time and at estimate. Would I hire again? You bet, because they listen to needs and exceed them. And although their company is more suited to heavy duty excavation, if you have a smaller job, do not hesitate to contact Larry.

We had water bubbling up out of the ground from a frozen pipe, and a 2 foot snowstorm was predicted to arrive in two days. We called every excavating company on the list Evergreen Metro District provided. Alpine got there within a couple of hours, had their equipment on-site the next morning, and got our buried pipe dug out, replaced, and filled in before the snowstorm arrived. They were very skilled and careful despite the time pressure. Overall excellent service.

Alpine did a great job on my property that brought forth some unique circumstances given the mountain we live on.
