I bought my last car brand new 11 years ago and decided I wanted to go with something gently used this time around but still nice and reliable. Naturally I was nervous about going to a used car lot because you hear so many horror stories, but Brothers came highly recommended by a couple coworkers so I decided to check it out.

My wife and I worked directly with Cameron at Brother's and had an AMAZING experience. He was patient while we swapped spots coordinating around a sleeping baby. He took the time and answered all of our questions and went above and beyond. We'll be heading straight back to Brother's Auto for our next purchase. I had planned to buy a vehicle with Caleb at Brothers Auto. As we were making plans to come up and test drive, I found a vehicle with an independent sale. Caleb was super professional and kind. He worked with me to purchase my car so I didn't have to go through the work of selling it on my own. I will be buying my next vehicle from Brothers. Everyone was friendly and chatted with me. I have worked in customer service and since I left, I have been disappointed with a majority of my daily experiences, but NOT here. When I was waiting for one person, several individuals made sure to check in with me; making sure I was being helped as well as making small talk with me. We shopped around for cars over the course of a few months, talking mainly with Jon. He was extremely knowledgeable about the inventory, very patient, and never pushy!
