I signed up with Michael to set my mother up with the Island Medical Alert System. My mother didn't want to give in to having to use this device, but after sitting and speaking with Michael, she was on board with it. Michael is so kind and patient. He explained everything in full detail and made my mother feel very comfortable as well as myself. The device we chose has a clip besides wearing it around the neck. My mother likes the clip idea which can be worn on pants or a pocket. Our experience with Michael and Island Medical Alert Systems has been top notch and I highly recommend them!!

My mother is 89 and still lives alone. Its starting to get difficult for her to get up and down stairs and her balance is not the best. Us three kids decided that it would be a good idea for her to have a medical alert device for her own safety as well as us knowing that if anything happened help would be on the way asap.
