We had a fantastic experience at Artistic Marble and Granite. I can't speak highly enough about Susan and Jennifer. They were so helpful and made the process easy. They are incredibly knowledgeable and went out of their way to help. Being that this is something most people don't do on a regular basis, their patience was and willingness to spend the time needed with me was very much appreciated. The sales process went fine until they made a mistake cutting the countertop, that's when the owner Mark, started defending their mistake and blaming us, he was wrong on ALL counts. We proceeded with the installation and their guys were friendly but rough when removing the old counter and installing the new one. They broke the clip on our faucet that I had to buy and replace, scratched our stainless steel refrigerator and they made 6 deep gouges to our walls bringing out the old or in the new counters, can't really say when because they never said anything to us. We only noticed after they left

Wow! Mark and his team designed and installed the granite in my Dream Kitchen 13 years ago. Fast forward to today... I needed to accommodate a new sink but didn't want a big expense to redo the whole kitchen. Mark guided us to a beautiful option that worked with the island granite ... he delivered on every mark - fabulous guidance, great quality, low cost, clean & quick rip out, terrific installation. We love our new kitchen and it’s in large part due to the gorgeous countertops we got from Artistic Marble and Granite! I researched a lot before deciding to use Artistic and I’m glad we did. Bijan was beyond helpful and incredibly patient as I tried to decide which countertops we would use. Mark, tried to CHEAT us out of the cost of a repair to our home that was damaged during install. We asked for a credit on our balance to make the repair ourselves(after informing them of the damage and their installer returning to do a “fix” that did not work)Mark tried to offer us half, which was insulting. He then LIED and said he’d send a carpenter to repair. I left a vm for Mark about my expectations for repair(proper install, caulking, painting) he has never returned my call. He then sent his installer(not a carpenter)who cut a new piece(that we had left over from it being installed

Our contractor recommended Artistic Marble after we looked at a few other places. We couldn't be happier with the decision to go with Sue and her team for our countertop.
Sue was very accommodating, patient, has a great eye for color matching and understood our budget. The warehouse has an enormous variety and anything not in stock is readily ordered.
Remember to bring tile, cabinet and paint samples when visiting the showroom.
In addition, the installation team was on time, professional and cleaned up before they left.
We went with the DuPont Zodiaq Venetian cream.

We are very happy with the granite countertops they installed. They did a great job with measurements and finishing the slab; and they were VERY FAST. After selecting a remnant piece in their yard, they did a template in 2 business days and installed one week after templating. Associates contacted us to find out if we were happy with the result. They are VERY good about answering questions and addressing concerns, both before & after installation. I compared them to 2 other places; and we used remnants since the countertops were small. So happy I found this place while researching for places to get my kitchen done. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful in making my vision a reality. I love the huge selection of material. I’m giving Artistic tile 5 stars as they went out of their way to get my granite measured, cut, and delivered in amazing time. I bought the granite about 3 weeks ago and was unsure of the install date. Well the install date came up quickly, and I asked Artistic if they could expedite my order. They made no promises, but they ended up measuring, cutting, and installing in basically 2 days. I will always recommend this company to my friends and family.
