With more than 30 years of experience in construction, design and project management, Daniel Mendoza approaches architecture from a unique perspective. His education in design began when he was a high school student working summers on a construction crew supervised by his Father. He learned which building materials were best suited to the Southwest, and how a sketch comes to life under a builder's hand.
Many clients choose CeDans because we're a boutique firm: the perfect size to design for their needs exclusively, yet able to bring to every project a wealth of talent, knowledge and creativity. If CeDans has a signature style, it's our ability to incorporate site and setting into each design. We believe that a skillfully designed structure should fit seamlessly into the landscape, enhancing rather than intruding on its surroundings.
My husband called Mr. Mendoza and my husband explained to him what he was in need off. Mr. Mendoza was able to give him a quote right away. Once my husband gave him the go, Mr. Mendoza arrived at our home the next day to take measurements. This was on a Tuesday morning and said he would have them by Thursday.
