At first I thought Eugene was wonderful. On time, very knowledgeable, seemed honest. Then we needed a new electrical box for our septic system. He pressured me to also replace the blower motor but I declined. When we got it inspected we found out we were overcharged double the price & it wasn't even done right. He claimed he had pumped the tank, only for it needing to be pumped a year later. Would not recommend him & be weary of his honest disposition.

We originally thought $175 was high per hour since we know most big machine operators don't even charge that but Eugene said it would only take a couple hours of work. We were very blind sided by the bill for labor at $3000 in addition to the $2660 we had already paid. There was not good communication and we were never given updates on progress until we called because our lawn was just left dug up. The first encounters were professional and he was nice and explained everything. Also the first bill for a new aerator and flushing the lines at $2660 seemed more reasonable even though still high. But

Eugene and his team came out to my house in single digit temperatures and a snow storm to crawl under my house to check my frozen pipes for me and to give me tips on how to thaw them out. He offered heaters that he had for me to borrow, but he thought what I had was adequate enough to take care of it. Sure enough after using his tips, we had water by the afternoon. Eugene then followed up the next day to make sure we were doing okay and to see if we needed anything else right now. They were very quick and professional. Thank you!!

Eugene and his two sons came out to repair a water leak in my home after hours. He did and EXCELLENT job making the repairs. They were pleasant and very friendly but didn't care to enter into idle chat but jumped right into the job and completed efficiently and professionally. Eugene and his crew replaced my entire septic system. They worked hard on the install and ended up replacing a few other things along the way. They left my yard with no grass, of course, but more level than it has been in years! Anyone who has had to replace a septic system knows that it is an expensive project, especially if your home is located near the water.
