If you're looking for blinds, you came to the right place. They installed 40 in our house, they came out quickly to measure, the blinds arrived promptly, and he came out as soon as they came in to install them. At first my experience with this company was good. I called and they came in to give me a free consultation. They then said that they were going to call and get back to me with a quote. Days went on and I decided to call, they said that they just had a question (which they should have called and asked me personally). I answered to their question and they said they would give me the quote in a day or two. Weeks have gone by and they never sent that quote. They were unreliable and unprofessional.

Amazing service!! My partner and I tried to self install blinds purchased at a big box store. I'm embarrassed to say that after 3 hours, it did not go well. Jim came and measured, made some helpful suggestions, and then, three weeks later, came to install the blinds. I had light-barrier blinds put into seven windows, and Jim added a translucent shade for the kitchen as a bonus. He worked incredibly quickly and efficiently, was easy to talk to, explained things so I could understand, and did a beautiful job.

We like to support local business, so got in touch with Blinds R US because we needed to block out the sun in our living room. Jim was brilliant.
