I was stuck, and couldn't dig my car out after trying for hours! I called all around, even called my insurance company to see if they could recommend somebody, and no one came to my rescue. I then went onto Craigslist and saw the number to Hickey's Snow Removal, and Steve was the only contractor who actually answered his phone for me all day. I realize everyone's buried, and most companies are swamped with requests, but if you're not available to answer your phone, why not have a receptionist taking messages at least??? Steve answered right away, promised me he'd come
