We used JMartin to handle 2 furnaces, 1 a/c and a whole house fan. Everything went smoothly and works perfectly. They handled every request we had including moving 1 a/c to the side of the house and removing another. Jesus and Leo were extremely helpful. I feel confident that we went with the right guys and I will finally be warm this winter!
Wanted to mention that he had a hiccup in our system. I called Jared and he had someone over the same to fix it. Thanks to Edgar and Anderson for spending the time to find and fix the problem.

As most I received serval bids. Even though J Martin was more expensive than other competitors Jared's professionalism and knowledge really stood out. I didn't feel like someone was trying to sell me something, but truly was going to set the system up for future success.
His team, especially Santiago, was amazing. They were all very polite, professional, and extremely hard work. They also kept me up to date on their progress throughout the entire project.

I used J Martin for an annual maintenance on my ac and heater unit and I was also interested in getting a quote for getting my ducts cleaned. I spoke with Jesus initially and he was so polite and courteous to working around my busy schedule (taking care of two crazy kids).
A couple days later I had Joseph and Caleb call me with an update as to when they would arrive and greeted me at the door with masks and shoe covers in hand…so thoughtful!! They looked at

Jared was clear and professional. Evaluated the problem and proposed a set of possible solutions, demonstrating his expertise and knowledge. Santiago and Andres, the technicians who performed the install were great! Professional, friendly, and accommodating, they worked hard, maintained communication, an organized work space, cleaned up after themselves every day, and got the work done efficiently. The job was completed quickly and the house feels better than it ever has!

I was grateful enough to get them same day. Caleb was our Service Technician he sent my husband his name and number. Which made me feel safe as a women knowing who is at my door and there ETA. When he arrived he was friendly, used social distancing, & had a mask ready. He wore stuff to protect my floors from getting dirty. He spoke with my husband prior on what it could be and he was right. I honestly know nothing about my AC and I appreciate how honest they are. Thankful that we didn’t have to buy a whole new AC Unit and that he was able to fix it right away and the price was not very expensive

I highly recommend Jared and the guys at J Martin. We had our AC installed about 3 years ago, and it has been working very well since. Jared is a top notch installer, reliable, and dependable to get the job done. Since we have had the AC installed, he has come out multiple times to help us with any issues that we ran into. Just today, I contacted him in the morning to see if he would be able to come out later in the day to fix our AC system. I had Jared and his team install a five ton compressor with seven Mitsubishi multi split units throughout the house and garage. The job was done in a few days, and working beautifully.
After a few weeks, there was an issue with one unit, which we discovered was a minor manufacturing issue, and not related to the install. Jared was out right away to get it repaired

I chose JMartin because of they emphasized indoor air quality. My condo does not have any central air system. The heating unit was an old hydronic system which most vendors will not service. My options were limited on what could be done with the existing system. Tony from JMartin came out and took a look and recommended the split system. Tony and Leon assisted me on getting the installation approved with my HOA to meet their requirements. Installers Edgar and Joel did a great job with a clean installation over two days which included shutting down the old system. For anyone who lives in a condo
