I can't praise Jason and Patrick enough for their professionalism. They were endlessly patient in answering my questions,before, during and after the installation. I hardly knew they were in the house, they worked so well together; it was a pleasure to witness their quiet efficiency. The entire process was completed much quicker than I expected. Did a great job. We got quotes from several places and theirs was the best. They were also able to install it in a good time frame, which we appreciated because ours wasn't working well on the hot days! Then when hurricane flooded our basement (sump pump quit) they were so quick to respond when I emailed with pictures asking if the flood may have damaged the electrical. Really appreciate their work and responsiveness.

I highly recommend Legacy Comfort Systems. Our heat went out in the winter and they were very responsive in getting us a very fair quote and a short installation time. They took extra care to explain how to use this new system and the new thermostat. The owner even checked in with us several times over the next few weeks to make sure everything was running smoothly. This is the type of care and concern you get when you work with a good small business company. They really take pride in their work and they did a great job for us.

I had a large old AC unit that was built into the wall of my house that stopped working right as the weather was warming up. I obtained 3 estimates on replacing the old wall unit with ductless units throughout the house.
Jason from LCS showed up first and his customer service impressed me from the minute he walked in my door. I also liked the fact that this was a locally owned family company.
