Belton to the rescue! Recently purchased a home and was told the septic had been cleaned. But, surprise! Everything was backing up into the house a year later. I called Belton and told them what was going on. They said they would be here in 30 minutes. The guys were super friendly and helpful. They were extremely compassionate to me since I was very upset. I will recommend and use them over and over again. Thank you guys!!!!

10 Stars if I could!! Absolutely wonderful experience with this company. Far exceeded expectations of courtesy, professionalism, and the kind of service of days long gone! They pumped the tank and then pulled the cover to clean the filter and knocked it off, they easily could have told me that it was broken off when they opened it like so many other businesses these days would have, but instead they told me they broke it and would make it right. They told me they didn’t have the part on the truck to make the repairs and asked if it would be ok if they came back in two days which was perfectly

Literally the nicest people I’ve met. Me and my fiancé noticed a problem when I was doing dishes and we called the next day and we explained that I go into work late and they reassured us they would be here and gone before I had to leave well they blew that expectation they were at the house at 11 instead of 12 and they were literally in and out.… We have a very large front yard and that’s where our tank is and they could’ve gone around our little fence that surrounds the front yard instead they didn’t want to mess up our yard anymore then they had to so they

I was stuck in a emergency situation waiting an excess of three days for someone to come out through the warranty company. The Septic tank started overflowing over the weekend. I put in a work order on Monday. No one could come out until today (Wednesday). In a matter of three days,things got worse and it started over flowing into our drains and… sinks. We tolerated and dealt with it. Until they sent out the wrong person ( A Plumber!) we needed the Tank serviced and drained. So I took matters in my own hands and Called Belton-Jones. I've used them twice in the last 12 years. They came within 24 hours the first time, and 3 or 4 the second time.
They are good people, always nice, but it is more than that. They are professionals, proficient, get the job done very quickly, and I feel their prices are on par for what this service should cost.
