You gave me the very top notch product stainless steel- custom made, reworked and resprayed the top chimney cover, and replaced two pieces of rotted lumber with treated lumber in less than a day turn around.

Nick was courteous and prompt when called to my home to make a repair on my fireplace. He gave me a call to give me sufficient notice before coming to my home, and when he needed additional parts, he left and returned quickly to complete the repair. Based on his performance and professionalism, I plan to call Nick for an unrelated masonry repair on the future.

Had three other companies tell us we needed to parge our smoke chamber, saying it was unsafe for us to have fires this winter until we addressed it. Estimates were between $1.3K-$2K. Nick examined our smoke chamber, reassured us that he felt there was no need for a repair. He explained that there was minimal build up and that if it was his house he'd be comfortable using it as is. I asked many follow up questions, and he explained that any repair would be for peace of mind, not need. Very thankful for his thorough conversation and honest assessment of risk, not characterizing a "nice to do" project

If i could do 1 Star i would. I scheduled do have a chimney inspection for a new house i bought. They did not do thorough inspection, didn’t get on roof, no pictures, etc. i was told i could light a fire and everything was generally okay. The top of my chase cover is completely rusted and my chimney cap was sealed off. If i did have a fire this could’ve smoked up my entire house or started a fire in my house. Very unsafe and unreliable. Feels like they rushed thru the inspection and did not do a thorough job. Glad i got a second opinion.

Called Nick at Christian Brothers for a 2nd opinion after the first provider assessed the repair cost at $6k - $8k without offering any explanation with regards to the cause of the damage, etc. Nick assessed the damage and walked us through the events that led to the problem which caused the issue. Nick offered a solution that addressed the issue and helped to prevent any further damage in the future. Nick saved us thousands of dollars over the other local provider. Solid guy, honest and easy with which to work. Did everything he said he was going to and the work was performed in a timely manner

There was no way to post without using at least one star. I found the company owners to be dishonest. I was fooled by their name, drawn in by that. They have a large deposit of mine, which has not been returned, scheduled no work and did not call to explain why. I would not trust them in any way, after they sent me a falsified sales document for a false order of materials. They will be sued by me for the total sum of my unreturned deposit. What makes any company, business think they get to keep my deposit for no services? I have nothing! No work and no money. I will update this post. I should have

I would call and leave message only to get a call back without them listening to the message..so then I'd have to repeat myself. Had a guy out to give an estimate and left specific instructions that I gave to the lady answering the phone and the estimator and still they couldn't follow them. The quote was for thousands of dollars yet when requesting more details I would get back an email with 1 liners. If email back more questions and I'd get back 1 answer out of 6 questions..so finally I just stopped trying. I am very disappointed in the service, communication and professionalism.

We had our chimney cleaned and a small crack repaired recently by Christian Brothers. The job was done professionally, neatly and at a reasonable price. They did not try to upsell us on additional repairs or services and I found them to be very honest and trustworthy. In this day and age it is good to deal with a company that takes pride in offering a service with honesty and integrity.
