We had Precision Cutz hang our outdoor Christmas lights this year and were very impressed. They did an excellent job! They were very responsive and professional and the price was much more reasonable than other companies that I researched. They even sent us some gourmet brownies at the end of the season as a token of appreciation! Great company that we will definitely use again!

Make sure you read everything very carefully before signing. The “estimate” they provided was just their basic fee structure. They send a crew of a size of their choosing, and it takes as long as it takes, while you pay by the man hour. They did good quality work, no argument there. But it cost over $800 for them to do a one time leaf removal from a 1/3 acre treed lot. Very unhappy surprise at Christmas time.

Engaged PCLC for fall aeration, overseeding, and fertilizing. It was much more expensive than I've paid in the past, but I was looking for a better quality service. I received a call a few hours before the aeration. They did not call in a utility locate nor could anyone in that timeframe. As a result, my internet was cut by aeration. Unavoidable because of poor communication. My wife and I were both off of work for a day and a half as a result. The seed has also failed to germinate despite being 14 days out for fescue. My advice is to go elsewhere. They don't know what they're doing. The owner

We have loved using them for lawn mowing and yard cleanup. They've mowed our lawn for almost two years now and it's been great! We had some bushes that needed to be trimmed and cleaned up this year, and they did a great job trimming them up and removing all of the debris from it.

This company tore the Internet cable off my house, pulled my gutter extensions off my house, on a rainy day they decided to mow and got two of their mowers stuck in my yard. I was told it would get taken care of as they damaged my neighbors yard as well. They ended up coming out and putting seed down in the mud hole they left. While still charging me for the mow. Even after all of that I was still going to continue to use this company but they dropped me last week because they’re “moving” locations. Stay away!

Awful. Broke our gate twice and neither time bothered to notify us, apologize, or offer to fix it. The second time they broke it we reached out and got an email saying "I don't know what to say" and that due to "his guys" stating they did not break it, he believed them and not us. They never came on a consistent day so they would show up randomly, even on a Saturday night at 8pm. We just had to pray our dogs were not outside so they did not let them out of the gate. Poor customer service. We wanted to cancel immediately and tried to waive the 15 day cancellation period so we were not paying for

I read the reviews for Precision Cutz and thought this company would be a good option for me. Unfortunately, it did not work out. This is my first home, I do not have much land/property but so happy to call it my own. When I pay a company to help take care of it, it would be nice to have some respect and not cause any damage. However, after working with Precision Cutz, I have tire marks on my sidewalk from the mower and my white vinyl fence has multiple tire scuff marks. Apparently, my lawn was too wet to mow one day. That's understandable. However, I was home and no attempt was made to notify
