Price was CRAZY HIGH $500!!) and after clearing the main drain, the kitchen sink drain became clogged. The serviceman (who was very nice and quick) was limited by company policy to ONLY clear the newly clogged line by charging almost ANOTHER $2OO!! We were told it wasn't part of the drain clog problem, but when we cleaned it out ourselves the next day it drained to the main drain. Beware company policy keeps the workers from doing a complete job. VERY UNHAPPY WITH COST AND POLICIES.

The person that came only tried to use the snake to unglogg the outside drian two times, he later told us that he tried his best, but it was useless, and that we needed to take the matter up with the office staff at our mobile home park.
So he left and again we were left with no shower and tolite use. We then called another company ARS rooter Plumbing
Who came out on Christmas day and went up to the roof and then took the tolite off and unglogg one of the bathrooms, and sure enough everything was working again, thank god for the company, we would not recommend you guys to no one .

Service was in my rental in California. I live in Washington state. I was very impressed with how quickly your company responded and sent out a service man to fix the problem. I would like to hear from the service man what he found relative to the sewer pipe. My tenant mentioned a " bend in the pipe?"

Nicholas was professional and great. He was very polite and fixed the issue immediately. Two plumbers came from the warranty company came and wanted to do more but Nicholas was able to unclog the drain in less than 15 minutes. No camera, no ground level clean out. Thank you!

Be ready to hagle!
Getting same day service was great. They do not quote a price over the phone, so it's up to you to hagle with the technician. He asked for $375 to clear a 30 ft pipe, and we agreed on $200. Why ask so much if you still make good money for a lower price? The work took about 1.5 hours.
