Called in the morning and the guys were at the house by 11:30 ready to complete the job. They were professional and listened to my needs and suggested options for fixing the problem. I appreciated their friendliness and the way they conducted themselves in a professional manner. Hopefully we won't need their services for a while but if we do, I know who I will be calling!

Took three tries to clean out the same drain, three different trips and 3 bills. I guess the owner is not smart enough to know what a CALL BACK is. Couldn't do the job right the first time. Call to ask about the third bill and they go off on you on the phone. Rude as hell and very unprofessional. got chewed out by the owner. very disturbing how they do their office job.

Called these guys at 6:30 on a Saturday morning and they were at my doorstep at 8 a.m. Very professional -- courteous, knowledgeable, skilled, hardworking and well-equipped. Of course it cost money at time and a half for the weekend rate, but it was worth every penny. They reassembled the sink plumbing and flushed the system twice. I'll definitely do business with Sewer Duck again. Great job, guys, and thank you.
