Services
We are happy to provide handyman services to our clients as well. Handyman services are provided at an hourly rate of $75 for the first hour and $65/hr after that with materials provided at cost. Our service area for handyman services is restricted to the west and northwest suburbs. Please call or email to see if you are in our service area.
Top Drawer Carpentry was very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. They are very respectful to the home laying tarps down and can't believe how considerate they where about dust recovery. In the end we are very happy with the quality of the craftsmanship and couldn't end up with a better product.

Top Drawer installed my kitchen - cabinets, appliances, and some custom wall paneling. Todd and his team did an absolutely FANTASTIC job! He is extremely professional, honest, keeps a clean job site (we were living in the house during construction), a clear communicator, and was willing to help me think through a few different material and installation choices - even though it slowed him down a bit. Once we started working together I had a couple new ideas that weren't originally in his bid - he took the time to thoughtfully price out a few options and walk me through every detail. There were no

Todd and his crew remodeled our family room removing paneling, fixing the drywall, replacing the trim around the windows as well as the room. He also fixed a small sag in the ceiling. Todd handled all the fine carpentry especially around the fireplace. Todd and his crew were professional and responsive to all of our questions and needs especially scheduling the project. The Family room looks great adding a modern look to our home. This was money well spent because of the quality work Todd and his crew did.

We had difficulty finding someone who was willing to complete our kitchen remodel in two stages (made it more affordable for us), but Todd had no problem working with us. Our kitchen is beautiful and everything we had hoped for. With a remodel there are always unexpected issues that arise and he was patient, flexible, and so easy to work with. We would highly recommend using him for so many reasons and his work will not disappoint you.
