Water Fire and Mold is an absolutely amazing company. Jerry worked around my busy schedule and took time out of his to explain every step of the process from the insurance claim to how to deal with contractors.
The demo team showed up on time and worked so efficiently that they finished in one day (I had to have my whole bathroom floor ripped up and my kitchen ceiling ripped up as well). They didnt leave a mess and took everything with them. All of the people working on demo were extremely helpful. They also left industrial strength blowers and dehumidifiers to help dry everything out for a few

WF&M did mold mitigation and asbestos testing. Jerry has a great sales personality, a trait which is not always accompanied by great and honest service, but in this case it was. His crew was punctual and polite, Jerry came on site to make sure the job was being done right, and made my options, service updates and the reality of mold mitigation clear. What impressed me most is that after the job was finished he readily advised me and referred me to contractors when I called him for guidance.

Jerry from WFM promptly helped us clean up some mold staining in our attic. He and his crew were professional, answered every question and were clean while performing the work. Additionally the work came with a two year warranty. He also provided some practical tips to limit / eliminate moisture infiltration. Very pleased.

I just have to share how kind the owner Jerry is. I called today in a panic as we were experiencing water coming in our bay window. Jerry walked us through the process and arrived to our house at his earliest convenience. He explained to us exactly what we had to do to fix the problem. I am sure he could have fixed the problem and charged us or our insurance for it but clearly he is a stand up guy and business owner. We own a multifamily unit. Our first floor tenant had informed us about mold in the bathroom. I had contacted Jerry to come out and he came out that day. He noticed what also looked to be water damage in the bathroom. Eventually through discovery process we found that there was major water damage in both the bathroom , kitchen and an adjoining room. Jerry and his team are phenomenal! Do not seek services anywhere else, call him and you will not regret it. His team mitigated our mold issue in our master bathroom and completed the job quickly. Knowledgeable, efficient, professional, reliable, and most of all down to earth. He helped me throughout this entire process including speaking to my insurance on my behalf and explaining every bit of information, offered great advice, and communicated with me every step of the way. Even after their work was completed he still goes out of his way to help out any way he can. Customer service is excellent
