Never do this...leave reviews that is...but WOW...this company is so unprofessional it's not even funny. This is not to bash the company but to let them see that this is not the way business is done. Was told twice someone come out to do measurements...no show...no call...nothing. Then after second appointment I call and guy makes an excuse that someone at our business was rude to him when he called...similar to how he was very rude when making excuses for missing 2 appointments...No calls had come from this company me total b.s. Not sure what is the deal over there...but very unprofessional

I love helping local businesses, I've been there multiple times and referred many people there. So far, I've taken 2 of my vehicles there. The 1st time turned out great. The 2nd become an issue, not because the tint but my window panels were damaged. I noticed it as soon as I drove off and I turned back immediately. I went back to ask Po (the owner) about the damages and he became furious and defensive. After going back and forth for a few mins, He admitted that the damage might of been from the hot air gun and tools that is used to dry the tint and offered to pay for the damages. Later

Called to inquire about repairing a single pane glass window and after explaining the situation, the person who answered the phone was very arrogant, unhelpful, exhibited lack of courtesy, and gave me a lecture how it was against California law. Instead of nicely explaining why with proof as to the statute of the law, he tells me "I'm not here to teach you, and anyway, I have to go, you're wasting my time."

Called this company for a custom mirror but the guy who answered the phone seemed reluctant to even begin our conversation. Then tells me he won't deliver to Squaw Valley. What if I wanted to pick it up? Nope they won't allow me to do this Then tells me that a custom cutout would have to be measured by a professional and I couldn't give him the measurements accurately. He then suggested I call another company. Ridiculous! I just need a mirror cut man! Maybe they should stop
