The U-Anchor is a proven solution for attaching your roof top equipment quickly and effectively while maintaining your watertight seal. The U-Anchor utilizes the exact same installation methods as the rest of your roof, the exact same type of material, and even the same manufacturer of that material.
The U-Anchor 1200-Plate is a lightweight rooftop attachment consisting of a U-Anchor 1000 series plate. The U1200-Plate is made to be mechanically attached to the roofing system and flashed in using separate waterproofing method approved by the roofing manufacturer. This is ideal for built-up roofs and pour-able sealant kits.
The U-Anchor 2000-KEE is a lightweight rooftop attachment system consisting of a thermoplastic target membrane and a U-Anchor 2000 series plate. The plate is factory welded to the target membrane and a matching thermoplastic cover membrane is applied over the plate and onto the target membrane, encapsulating the plate.
The U2600-SBS is a lightweight rooftop attachment system consisting of a U-Anchor 2000 Series plate and cover membrane. The U2600-SBS includes a factory prepared SBS cover membrane and separator disk. The U2600-SBS provides a positive, watertight, manufacturer accepted attachment for cold process applied roofing systems.
