Coastal Spas began in 1979 as builders of pools in Coos Bay, Oregon. Later we added spas and hot tubs to our fine quality product line. We not only provide pool, hot tub and spa products, but do all our own repairs and warranties. Coastal Spas is the only commercial pool, hot tub and spa builder on the Oregon Coast.

I knew exactly what size I wanted, and the staff on both visits gave me options. No one tried to talk me into something larger or more expensive. They discussed the pros and cons of the tubs. When I asked to order one further out so I could have time when the weather was better to get my deck built, they offered to hold it as a display as long as needed.
One of the best things was that the price I quoted included a cover and delivery and set up! No added charges. Very nice people.

I called ready to spend thousands of dollars on a spa for our vacation home. The lady that answered the phone was immediately rude and was basically yelling at me as if i was being annoying. I understand people have off days but that was above normal. If it wasn't for such bad customer service, i would have bought one on the spot. Make sure you don't ask too many questions our this company will throw a tiffy. It is small businesses like these that are killing the industry for great companies.

Coastal Spas are the experts. These people know their stuff AND they generously share it. One evening we had a last minute - "oh no guest arriving and hot tub has problem" - scenario. We called their office and they walk us through a process that fixed the immediate problem. They came out the next day with the right parts and made it a permanent fix.
The customer service and the expertise are unmatched and we are soooooo happy that we are on their customer list

Our hot tub was acting up, heater not working, half of the spa not working, we jumped to the conclusion we needed to put a ton of parts into it. Called and talk to Mitzi, GREAT costomer service, was walked through trouble shooting, was able to fix for zero money. Keep this business in mind for your hot tub needs!
