First time we were at this company, we purchased a blower ($12,000) and when we picked our truck up it had air line issues so we took it to our local shop to get it checked out and turns out after J&R finished their installation the air lines were hooked up backwards. So after spending $12k we had to spend even more to get the truck operational because of their inability to put parts back properly.

I am filling in for someone while they are away and had to call them to get help. the gentleman that helped me was so friendly and was willing to send photos so I could verify before I sent someone out there to pick it up.
