I can not say enough about the positive experience I had with Residential Solutions. My commercial building was in need of wood siding replacement, and painting. The estimate was affordable and the team that provided the work did an amazing job. After the job was completed and we had a walk around, a few minor paint issues were noted by Craig that I didn't even see. The team returned that day to touch up a few areas.

Brent Bauer and his crews did a full exterior paint with significant wood rot and porch column replacement. Very professional all around and did a fantastic job. Got me scheduled within 2 weeks and completed in 3 days. Had a couple minor touch up spots and they came out same day.

This was our first experience with an exterior home painting and Residential Solutions completely exceeded our expectations. From the day they came out to quote, one of the owners (Craig) was very knowledgeable and accurate on what needed to be done. They let us know in advance when the crew would be out and the job was done quickly, with great quality, and with a high level of professionalism. We hired Residential Solutions to paint my Mom's house and are extremely happy with the results. My mom's house hadn't been painted for over 10 years. Coby took great care talking with my Mom before hand, while social distancing. He walked around the house with her explaining work needed and helping her pick the right color for her. They were extremely thorough with the prep work as well, powerwashing and removing wood rot. Omar's crew was prompt, professional, quick yet thorough and the results we're unbelievable.
