A/C unit made popping noise when turning in. Of course, when the technician came out it did not make the noise. He listened to my explanation and knew what I was talking about. He explained everything in detail. Checked EVERY possible solution to make sure the problem was rectified the first time. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Dakota was top notch. He took care of all of our A/C needs and answered all of our questions. He also explained how the maintenance plan worked and why its better to use a certain type of filter versus another. Fionn was very friendly, announced who he was with and always wore his mask. He showed us how our heater worked and what to look for. Checked everything and then checked our AC and cleaned everything for us. I will definitely be using them again.

I recently worked with Tim to get a specialty installation done and he was very responsive and helpful. Tom was sent to my home to perform the install and was respectful and attentive to my requests and questions. Would definitely recommend Family Heating and Air and I will be using them from now on.

Tom was such a nice polite man. He didn't just say oh it's your compressor he was very diligent he knew what the problem was. I had 2 other companies check it and one said I needed a new AC and the other one said I needed a new compressor. Said I needed 8 lbs of coolant and it only takes 5. The coolant was over 700 dollars. Baloney! I am so happy I was assigned this company.
