I am a sub contractor for these guys, when the roof is completed I install the gutters. If the homeowner has a problem with the roofers or roof job I'm the guy they would complain to. I've never heard a complaint from any of their customers! Also, while installing gutters I notice roof issues. I've never seen any problems with any of their roof.

In these times, it’s so hard to find a good contractor—one that shows up, does a great job, and is reliable. Rainier Roofing did all that and more! They were responsive, on time, and very professional. I have never had such a great experience with a big job like this. Our new house had a 29-year-old leaking roof and they got us in within less than one month and finished the job in 3.5 days. Rainer Roofing Company did a great job updating and repairing the roof at the Bellevue Heights Apartments. This was a large job at our 39 unit building. They were professional, skilled and responsive to feedback and communications. They take great pride in their work, eager to amend any issues. They were terrific in finding affordable solutions for our needs. We ended up having quite a bit of rot, and they were flexible and quick to adjust to the changes. We highly recommend them!

Rainier did a fantastic job with our roof!
We recently purchased a nearly hundred-year-old home and knew that in addition to the roof, we’d need to replace the soffits, fascia and gutters -- many companies were unwilling to perform the needed carpentry, or only included it begrudgingly. Rainier was able to give us an upfront quote that included all of the work we needed.
Andrew did a great job giving these parts of our roof a new life! Once the work had started, it was discovered that some of the rafter-ends had rotted and we were able to have them repaired as well -- it’s reassuring to know

I didn't ever feel stressed during the process because I knew and trusted that it was being managed by people who were always on my side. Also really impressed with the remodel itself - no details missed that I've found and they did an excellent job with the cleanup.

Within a few months of buying our home our roof started to leak. Jared came as a referral and was quickly on-site and gave expert advice on effective (and easy) methods to temporarily patch the problem areas. We'd planned on replacing the roof within a year or two anyway, so he gave us a quote and got us booked on his flex spring schedule two months later.

My experience with Rainier Roofing was an A+ from start to finish. I had a metal roof installed and I'm thrilled with the service and product! Starting with Anthony, he was prompt, informative and accurate with my quote. Rene and crew did an excellent job keeping me informed with the demo progress and fully transparent on a few necessary change orders due to rot.
