The person they sent doesn’t want to go up and clean gutter and he was rude and left without service, so we called company to cancel our service . Then another nice person helped us .
Now this company is charging me money without service .

Do not use this company! We had a terrible experience getting a section of gutter replaced on our home. We were given an estimate in December of 2020, and then winter came, so we decided to wait until all the snow cleared in the spring to move forward. When I called Wayne (the boss) in March to let him know we'd like to move forward with the job, he didn't call me back. I called on and off for months, until he finally answered the phone one day in May! We still went back and forth several times about the estimate, and I kept having to nag him via text message to get back to me. Finally, he told

Horrible service and no value for the money They were here 10-15 minutes the first time. I have a 3 story house and there is no way they could properly clean gutters and downspouts in that time period
I climbed on the roof to check and the downspouts were clogged with debris. Called the company and they did return. Had to double check what they did as some things were still clogged.
Definitely would not recommend

Stay clear! This company claimed I never paid and argued with me claiming I never paid. I had to send a copy of my canceled check as proof. I went to call them for a return cleaning and they quoted me double. They stated that is what they charged me the first time. I know what I paid and had to prove it to them. They are rude, and unprofessional. Stay clear. I shall never use them again after this first experience. I gave them opportunity only because they advertised in my church bulletin. That was a mistake.

I just hired them to clean my gutters and downspouts last week. They left debris in the gutter over garage and side of main roof that were both visible from the ground. They also left debris on ground after flushing gutters. Had them come back out to complete the job as hired and on second visit, there is still a large bunch of debris in the gutter on the main roof. Thirds a charm hopefully.

I had Gutter Doctor replace 27 feet of my front gutter. After coming out for an initial estimate, they gave me a price of $399. After green lighting the job, I was informed that the quote I received when i called in was not correct and the job would be $750. They then took over a month to come out and do the work, when they initially told me the work would be done "next week". I would call for updates and get no return phone calls. I had to call 4 or 5 times before someone finally got back to me. They put signs in my yard without asking for my permission (other companies offered significant discounts
