Worley Construction Inc., is a full service custom home building and remodeling firm, specializing in residential design building projects. Our business is based on the fact that a satisfied client is a returning and referring client and that satisfaction can only be attained through trust and delivering the highest quality construction based on creative design, with total respect to function, aesthetics and budget.
Over the last 30 to 35 years a concept has evolved which is known as the "design/build" approach to residential construction. It is a hybrid between the concept of a separate General Contractor, an Architect and an Interior Designer. One company, one source of responsibility providing all of the above functions to the consumer.
My husband and I wanted several bids for renovation on our front and back porches. The flooring and railing needed to be replaced in the front and some of the railing in the back. The tricky part was that our basement goes under the porches, and the flooring needed to be completely water proofed so as to not have leaks for years to come.

Overall great experience and very easy to deal with! Our build was managed perfectly and we are very happy with the quality of work we have received. It is 16 months now we are using our new home without any maintenance or complaint. Very professional and our build was completed on time. Highly Recommended!

Mark and his crew have done many remodeling jobs in my house over the past 8 years. The reason I continue to call him back is that his work is outstanding. I have never had a problem with a project going in the wrong direction or issues coming to the surface well after the job has been completed. Mark is brilliant at recognizing details that other contractors usually miss. He has a great crew of workers backing him up, they do the job right the first time. His last job was remodeling a bathroom and I am thrilled with the results. He knows what he is doing and it shows.

Having used his construction services several times, we knew that Mark Worley was very knowledgeable about all aspects of construction, so when we ran into a problem, my husband contacted him. For some unknown reason mildew was growing on the 20 feet ceiling of our living room. The mildew would go away every winter and come back as soon as the weather grew warm. My husband contacted Mark to see if he could discover the reason for the mildew.

Mark was instrumental in providing me information on lots and land available for build to suits. He assisted me in locating property that was both attractive, sizable and inexpensive. We used Worley Construction to demolish and build a deck. We also had him renovate and update our master bathroom to make it more accessible as we age in place. We highly recommend him. Very professional and knowledgeable. Also, we were out of town for much of the work and we had no problems whatsoever. Very trustworthy.

Mark Worley built our home as well as helped us add to it! His conscientious nature, eye for detail and vast knowledge of options is always appreciated. These came into play again for the addition to our home, which you cannot tell was added years later.

We recently wanted our fireplace facade changed from a marble tile to brick. We did not hesitate to contact Mark Worley to do the job. We have used him on other projects in our house, and he did not disappoint. The work is above average and his staff proved to be competent and dependable. We've used Mark for two major renovations at our home and we continue to be delighted! The first project was splitting one bedroom into two and the second was enclosing the walkway from our garage to the house as part of the house. Mark and his staff are wonderful to work with. When we were purchasing our home we hit a snag on inspection. Mark Worley offered to read our inspection report. He then gave us a thorough explanation of the issue, what it would take to repair, and a cost estimate. All of this for free and without any expectation that he would get and money out of it! It's rare to find that type of help nowadays. Worley is awesome!

We originally met Mark 15 years ago when we were considering building a new home. Although we didn't move forward with that project, we have since used him for multiple indoor and outdoor projects in our home ranging from minor repair issues to major projects including hurricane damage repair and a gut kitchen renovation. No matter what the size of the scope of the work, he has always done an excellent job. His employees and recommended trades people are always top notch. We always contact him when we are considering any home improvement.
