We contacted Nardini to inspect our dry fire sprinkler system at our hotel in Chaska and address preventative maintenance issues so we wouldn't have issues in the future such as water leaks from the system. They sent out their subcontractor General Sprinkler who replaced our air compressor with a smaller temporary unit to "bandaid" the system until they could get parts they needed. Their small air compressor failed after 6 days resulting in our fire alarm tripping at 3am and flooding 3 rooms and 3 hallways with water. This is an operating hotel and this incident caused by Nardini and General Sprinkler

It's not easy to schedule any appointments with them.
The Three times I called I got transferred to voicemails .I didn't receive call backs for 2-3 day's.
Or if I did get a real person to schedule service.i was told I'd receive a call back.

Ridiculous high pricing which is not justified for the work done, i paid more than thousand dollars to swap a fire supression foam cylinder and still got red tagged in my restaurant.
The reason for the red tag is obnoxious; so the system was compliant when it was out in the the 6 hose pipes need to be shortened 3-4 inches for it to be compliant; quote for that another thousand bucks ONLY.
