Once again Covina Appliance comes in and quickly diagnoses and fixes a 20 year old Maytag Atlantis dryer!!!!!!!!! The dryer stopped blowing hot air and the service man Aaron mentioned it was probably 1 of 3 things. And of course it was one of the 3 and had the parts on hand and fixed it. He also vacuumed the inside of the unit and now it works great. Thanks again!!!!!

Worst customer service I've ever encounter called Wednesday afternoon n was told to my wife they were going to be there in 30 min well it's Friday n I'm still waiting yeah right No phone call no show do your self a favor call someone that's reliable n professional don't waste your time calling these clowns who like to waste customer s time n hopes

Our dryer broke down Saturday, running but no heat. So I called my regular technician Danny but unfortunately his bussiness close maybe due to the pandemic. So I found Covina Appliance in "Yelp" and talked to Nicole today and nice of her to set us up for today, same day service. Story short, Aaron, the technician that worked there for 20 years arrived and amazingly finished the repairs in less than 10 minutes. I was about to cook some popcorn to watch but just like "Tyson" he was already done replacing the dead fuse and broken thermostat. Impressive!!! He even cleaned behind

Covina Appliance is the only place I trust with my home appliances. The technician, Archie, was professional, courteous and cleaned around the area he worked. The service was fast and I felt like Archie took the time to explain what was wrong and what my options were so that I could understand it and make an informed decision. Nicole was great on the phone setting up the appointment and Archie, the technician, replaced the door switch for my dryer deftly. I have complete satisfaction with this company and have no reservation in calling them again for future needs. However, be advised that your location, such as Montebello, may be outside of their normal service area but they will do it if you are close to, even if not in, their territory. So, be specific about your address when requesting service.

Aaron did a great job repairing my 15 year old refrigerator, which after 15 years started pooling water under thr crispers. He came out and got right to work. I could tell right away that he knew his way around a refrigerator!
He quickly removed parts, cleared the clogged tube, and then replaced everything as it was.
The fridge works great now. (After hearing a few horror tales from friends who'd bought new refrigerators that crapped out on them in a few years, I chose to go the repair route on my old one!)

Ok, everything I own for the kitchen and service area is over 20 years old! Without Aaron providing his extensive knowledge about these antiques I would be in the poor house paying to replace them all. I have repeatedly told him that he can't ever retire! The girls working the phone calls know when I call usually I am laying on the floor crying because something has gone out at the most inconvenient time like today - my refrigerator has decided to die with the heat wave needing everything to stay cold! And it's Labor Day weekend so I will have to wait until Tuesday to be saved by Aaron

Came out to fix my refrig as it was not dispensing ice to my cup from the door. They did not listen well! He came over and SAW all the ice in the bin. I said yes, it has ice and it wont come down into my cup from the door, I just put my hand in there to get ice instead of using the door. So he replaces the ice module $290. He left. The refrig was empty when he came and for almost a week after that, no food was in the refrig or freezer. The day he left, I went to use it and it was ok. The next 4 days it would not work at all...nothing. Yet there was ice in the bin...I never said IT WAS NOT MAKING

Had a service call on friday the 13th bad news already technician came out at to my apt. He spoke to my wife, she called me and said technician said generator out he charged $69.95 and I asked him to add freon or clean it, he said no!!!! I paid $69.95 for nothing. I came home cleaned myself and I made ice. Wow your company

I called Covina Appliance based on yelp reviews when the heat from my dryer went out, needless to say I'm glad I did.
They were able to send a specialist out the next morning, Archie. Can I say he was the nicest repair person I've interacted with in a long time. He was knowledgeable about the issue provided possible causes as to the cause of the fuse burning out and repaired the issue. He went the extra mile and cleaned out the lint holder, which he didn't have to do.
I will be calling Covina Appliance again if any of my appliances break, how can't I not with an employee

Excellent customer service. Our service tech, Archie arrived on time and completed repairs on our oven within 35 minutes. We are back in business . Outstanding!

What a great place to do business with!!!!! My washer knob had broken some time ago but it wasn't a rush. Recently my dryer started knocking. I thought ouch I am just not wanting to put out a huge amount of money for a new one right now. I searched Yelp and spoke to a friend, it all came down to Covina Appliance. I called and explained my issues with both appliances. Might as well get them both checked.
